Jsme společnost působící v oblasti investiční výstavby, kde poskytujeme klientům komplexní služby. Hlavní činností společnosti je vyhledávání investičních příležitostí, zhodnocení využitelnosti území i stávajících nemovitostí, zpracování kompletní projektové dokumentace včetně inženýringu i zajištení realizace staveb. Našimi klienty jsou multinárodní společnosti, státní organizace i privátní subjekty. Díky svým kvalifikačním předpokladům a modernímu technickému vybavení jsme schopni aktivní tvůrčí komunikace.

Interiéry i exteriéry převážně residenčních projektů, ale nejenom těch. Zabýváme se také rekonstrukcemi a veřejným prostorem.

Luca Donner is Assistant Professor at American University in the Emirates while he previously held academic positions at Canadian University Dubai as well as in Italy at the Universities of Ferrara, Padova, Udine and Brescia. Luca holds a PhD in Architecture from Lusiada University of Lisbon and a MArch from IUAV University of Venice. He is co-founder and design director of Donner Sorcinelli Architecture (www.doso.it), an award-winning Architecture Atelier, which pays specific attention to the theme of sustainable and affordable design in all its variants. His works have been extensively published in books and magazines (i.e. Arqa, Ottagono, d’Architectures, Concept) as well as exhibited in international venues as Architecture Biennale of Venice, The Architecture Foundation London, Van Alen Institute of New York. He has been also keynote speaker in congresses as well as jury member in international competitions including the Exhibition Design of the Korean Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai.

I have specialized in BIM methodology, in software such as Revit and ArchiCAD. I finished in 2023 my master's degree on: Intervention, Rehabilitation and Regeneration of Heritage; at the School of Architecture of the University of Valladolid.

As an architect, my focus lies in the exploration of sustainable, human-centered design that blends innovation with context. I firmly believe that architecture is not merely about creating structures, but rather about shaping experiences that enhance the lives of those who inhabit and interact with them. My approach integrates environmental responsiveness, cultural relevance, and technological advancement to produce spaces that are both aesthetically compelling and socially impactful.In my work, I aim to create architecture that respects the past while embracing the future. I focus on designing spaces that are deeply connected to their surroundings, using materials and forms that are respectful of local traditions yet forward-thinking in their sustainability. By emphasizing passive design strategies, energy efficiency, and adaptive reuse, I ensure that my projects contribute to a more sustainable built environment.I am particularly interested in how architecture can foster inclusivity and community connection. Whether designing public spaces, cultural institutions, or private homes, I prioritize the creation of environments that promote interaction, accessibility, and well-being. I see architecture as a powerful tool for shaping social dynamics, creating spaces that invite collaboration, engagement, and a sense of belonging.
