Family house for five member family from Czech Republic. Provide enought space for all purposes. Ensure light interior by sunlight.

Technical information

Family house Dante is two-floor house, situated on flat ground. It is designed for five member family. There is enough space to park one car in indoor garage and second car at covered parking space. At first floor there are living spaces. Outdoor terrace does not get in the way of light. Main bedroom has it´s own bathroom and dress room. The two armed staircase take us to second floor. Staircase and corridors are lighten by roof windows. Roof windows ensure „chimney ventilate effect“, windows at first floot in living room are also good for quick ventilation. All windows have outdoor blinds. Exceeding roof construction ensure that in summer sunlight does not get too deep in to the house, but in winter sun warm up the interior. Part of the house that is covered by flat green roof, rest of the house is under saddle metal roof. On the facade is used several materials. Mostly white outdoor plaster, stone slate tiling, smoothed concrete adn some wood elements. Window frames are in grey anthracite.
