Sustainable mobility takes into consideration the whole of mankind and ecosystems while allowing individuals to safely satisfy their needs for access to activities without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. this project will Restudy and develop the existing facilities and design new projects

The Sustainable Neighborhoods Program focuses on main categories that are energy, air, water, land, and people and to increase the level of the quality of life.

Objective:
1-Strong economy: maintain a strong, diverse, competitive, profitable local economy that provides goods, services, and jobs in the community.
2-Resources: encourage efficient and responsible uses of resources.
3-Living wage: increase the number of local living-wage jobs.
4- Green: promote truly green, environmentally friendly businesses and discourage those that are
not.
5- Infrastructure and public facilities: provide an efficient and complete multi-modal transportation
system that supports the local economy and business community.
6-Urban farming: encourage urban farming to provide locally grown food and encourage citizens to
grow their own food and to raise domestic animals that produce food.
7- Resilience: increase the community’s ability to adapt to the changing climate and other global
forces through the promotion of a diverse economy, building green, and instilling community value toward resource conservation.

Project description

The obtained area counts potentially 50,000 square meters and is to be used for new urban space. The project introduces bicycle paths that act as storm water channels, water towers, green roofs, urban gardens, greenhouses and canals that carry water out from the neighborhood to the harbor.

Technical information

The plan is divided by cluster around the site oriented to get all the benefits from the sun, wind, and maximum view, also the hight of the building that's panted by UV paint are play an important role for the wind to get into the plaza which is located in the middle of the plan. the plaza has a hardscape that builds by the waste of the construction and soft scape by local vegetation, the water in the middle make the site cooler and nicer.
