Project idea

The theme was taken in the planning and design of hotel buildings and LRT stations namely "Culture and Purification for Building Performance" with three core words namely 1. Culture 2. Purification 3. Performance, with the hope that the theme can make appropriate planning and design directions in the building mixed-used hotel and KRL station in Jaticempaka, Pondok Gede, Bekasi, West Java.

Culture is a comprehensive lifestyle. Culture is complex, abstract and broad. Many aspects of culture determine communicative behavior. These socio-cultural elements are spread out, and include many human social activities. Whereas according to KBBI culture is interpreted as thoughts, reason or customs. In grammar, the notion of culture is derived from cultural words that tend to refer to the human mindset.

and purification itself is one of the efforts to reduce air pollution in the area of ​​Jaticempaka, Pondok Gede, Bekasi, West Java because air is one of the elements that supports human life. Air pollution is the presence of one or more physical, chemical, or biological substances in the atmosphere in quantities that can endanger human, animal and plant health, disrupt aesthetics and comfort, or damage property.

Project description

The problem of congestion that often occurs in big cities in Indonesia has a significant environmental, social and economic impact on the city. These problems are often overcome only by increasing the capacity / supply of road networks through widening and increasing the length of the road. This is a practical strategy, but this strategy actually encourages the increasing level of vehicle growth, which ultimately becomes a cycle of problems that have a long-term impact.

This is the same as the worsening transportation conditions in the city of Bekasi, this is evidenced by the increasing level of congestion each year. Based on the above, the BUMN that cooperates with PT Adhi Karya has the idea of ​​presenting mixed used inside one land in the form of the Jaticempaka LRT Station and the Hotel are mutually sustainable and adapted to the principles of architecture.

Given the background above, the location of the site in Jaticempaka, Pondok Gede, Bekasi, West Java fulfills the criteria of the Bekasi City spatial layout as the location for LRT station and hotel planning that is environmentally sound so as to make the location eligible for the construction of stations and hotels .
