The embassy of the Czech Republic in Ethiopia, aims to present its architecture, culture and its rules to the new country. Even if the European continent presents economic and social situations often unknown to Africans, presenting something different to the population generates positive views and changes. Thus, the concept of the project revolves around the sense of belonging, for even if the Czechs are outside their country, the present architecture refers to their origins, facilitating adaptation and consequently exposing their main characteristics to Ethiopia.
First the concept and the architectural party of the Embassy were approached, afterwards the implantation, low floors, cuts and details of the project were developed.
The structural system used was structural masonry (pillar, beam and slab). All the technical drawing was developed by the software AutoCad and Sketchup
The project was developed only by the author.
