Project idea

V dnešní době je půda, která patří České republice v Addis Abebě, obklopena především okolní zástavbou domů, takže zde chybí kus zeleně. A idea projektu je stejná - přenesení stejné scenérie, jako máme v České republice. Se spoustou stromů, zelené trávy a architekturou, která je pro Českou republiku typická, ale pro Etiopii odlišná.

Nowadays the land owned by Czech republic in Addis Ababa is surrounded generally by building, so a little bit of nature is missing there. And an idea is the same - bring the same scenery as we have in Czech republic. With a lot of trees, green grass and the architecture, which is for Czech republic typical, but for Ethiopia different.

Project description

Komplex ambasády se nachází v blízkosti centrální části hlavního města Etiopie. V komplexu je umístěno pět budov, kde každá má svůj vlastní účel a funkci. Toto rozdělení je navíc podpořeno rozdělením hmot. Budovy v komplexu přestavují svojí konstrukcí a provedením typickou českou architekturu, kterou zde i reprezentují. Komplex je přístupný ze tří stran - reprezentativní vjezd je z východní a jižní strany, soukromý vjezd ze západní strany. Z ulice je přístupný konzulární a vízový objekt, který hmotou a liniemi navazuje na zastupitelský úřad s reprezentativními a administrativními prostory. Na sever od zastupitelského úřadu v klidnější části zahrady se nachází rezidence velvyslance, která je rozdělena do tří hmot - garáž - byt - repre prostory. Pod rezidencí je umístěn bytový objekt pro zaměstnance zastupitelského úřadu, kde se nachází 10 bytů. Hmota bytového domu odděluje reprezentativní zahradu od soukromější zahrady s multifunkčním hřištěm. Přes ulici rozdělující pozemek se nachází objekt pro místní síly.

The embassy complex is located near the central part of the Ethiopian capital. There are five buildings in the complex, each with its own purpose and function. The objects distibution is supported by the distribution of its masses. The buildings in the complex represent by their structure and materials the typical Czech architecture. The complex is accessible from three sides - a representative entrance is from the east and south, a private entrance from the west. Consular and visa object is accessible from the street, which connects to the embassy with representative and administrative premises through its mass and lines. To the north of the embassy in the quieter part of the garden is the residence of the ambassador, which is divided into three masses - garage - flat - representative spaces. Under the residence there is a residential building for employees of the embassy, where 10 apartments are located. The mass of the apartment building separates a representative garden from a more private garden with a multifunctional playground. Across the street dividing the land is an object for local forces.

Technical information

Hlavním stavebním materiálem je beton, ze kterého je vytvořen konstrukční systém všech objektů v komplexu. Všechny objekty mají stejnou povrchovou úpravu a tou je strukturovaná omítka. Vyskytuje se zde i bílý perforovaný plech, který je na budově zastupitelského úřadu v podobě předsazené fasády sloužící pro rozptýlení slunečního světla v administrativní části budovy. Na ostatních budovách je použit v pojízdných stínících panelech. Stejně jako obvodový plášť budovy je na všech objektech stejný, je zde stejná i střecha - tu jsem zde použil jako plochou s extenzivní zelení.

The main building material is concrete, from which the structural system of all buildings in the complex is created. All objects have the same surface finish, which is a structured plaster. There is also a white perforated plate, which is on the embassy building in the form of a front facade serving to disperse sunlight in the administrative part of the building. In other buildings, it is used in mobile shielding panels. Just as the building's cladding is the same on all buildings, the roof is the same - here I used it as an extensive green area.
