Project idea

When creating the interior, all the wishes of the customer were taken into account: to enter the existing furniture items into the interior, as well as create work and rest areas.
The apartment turned out to be spacious and not overloaded with furniture, which is important in this design project. There are no extra decorative interior items, and furniture corresponds to the color scheme of the apartment, organically complement the space.

Project description

In the process of developing a design project of an apartment in the high-tech style, regulatory and technical documentation was studied, a reference, scientific and special literature and conclusions were made that when creating the most comfortable situation in the house, not only the requirements and wishes of the customer are taken into account, but also mandatory regulatory requirements to be fulfilled, and in the event of a conflict of interests, such compromise options that can satisfy that can satisfy it. The claims of the client do not conflict with the current legislation. It was on the basis of the study of theoretical material, in the artistic and graphic part, that modern techniques for designing the interior of the apartment were used.
An analysis of the design situation and the surrounding subject-spatial environment was performed, as a result of which a complete picture of what the customer wanted from his interior was formed. And they would like to get the interior design of their apartment, which will include: smooth and clean surfaces of the floor, walls, ceiling, furniture, which is distinguished by clarity and functionality of shapes, the technological work of the materials from which it will be made, the lack of small decorative details, which fully corresponded to the high-tech style, which was proposed to customers. The interior concept was compiled in which these people will feel comfortable, the parameters and functionality of all premises of the object were defined.

Technical information

The apartment is equipped with “smart” systems and devices that guess the desires and needs of the inhabitants: automated sliding doors at cabinets, independently ignited by mirror lighting and other amenities that minimize the time for time to perform household tasks.
The goal set at the beginning of the work has been achieved fully implemented.
This project can be used in the future, since during its development all the necessary norms were taken into account.
