Project idea

The project aims to create a modern, functional and inspiring space that will become a center of attraction for both students and other citizens who decide to visit the clubhouse.
The main idea is a harmonious combination of aesthetics, comfort and technology, which will provide an attractive atmosphere for relaxation, communication and the implementation of creative projects.

Project description

The design area is the hall near the auditorium. The project includes zoning the space with the allocation of various functional areas: the first zone is the work zone, with a bar table and chairs. The area where you can sit with a cup of coffee, taking it nearby from the buffet, or work on a laptop.
The work zone smoothly flows into the free seating area - a podium of a unique shape with a botanical garden in the center, along the entire length you can find tables and poufs for any opportunity to sit down and relax, or wait for the start of the conference in the hall nearby.
Then the podium rises and you can sit on various soft furniture, bean bags, soft chairs - in general, everything for a comfortable arrangement for those who want to work in a free pose.
Ascending to the second floor, we are greeted by an art gallery, where people can freely sit on modular sofas and enjoy the painting. The sofas can easily be moved, removed and placed in a way that would be convenient for everyone. There are sockets on the columns, and the dividers between the sofas are flowerpots, where live, pleasantly smelling plants grow.
An important aspect is the use of environmentally friendly and safe materials, which will emphasize the modern approach to organizing space and caring for the health of students. The color palette is calm and peaceful without bright accents.
Thus, the project will not only transform the interior of the student leisure center, but will also become an important step towards the formation of a comfortable educational environment.

Technical information

The interior is done in calm colors, without any bright accents, so as not to overload the head of a person inside the space. To create a peaceful atmosphere.
The design area occupies 172 m² (125 m² first floor, 47 m² second floor)
Ceiling height 4 m first floor - second light 8 m, 4 m second floor.
The following is used in the interior:
• Artificial stone (RAL7036) for the first layer of the floor and some layers of walls and ceiling;
• Self-leveling concrete floor (RAL7036) for the second layer of the floor;
• Flexible LED lighting is installed between the layers;
• Monolithic concrete ceiling with decorative plaster cladding;
• The podium is assembled on the basis of a metal frame.
