This modern, one-level shopping mall is designed for convenience, accessibility, and style. The shopping area is spacious, with wide aisles, natural light, and vibrant design elements. The bold red ramps are a signature feature of the mall, not only serving as a functional way to access various sections but also acting as eye-catching design elements.
Also there are five levels of garage.

Project description

This project consists of the development of a modern, one-level shopping mall with an integrated parking garage, featuring bold red ramps for accessibility and design appeal.

Technical information

The main building of the mall will be constructed using skeletal construction, which involves a framework of steel or reinforced concrete that supports the structure. This method provides strength, flexibility, and allows for large open spaces, ideal for creating the spacious and modern layout of the shopping mall. The skeletal structure will ensure the building's durability and stability, with the skeleton supporting all of the retail spaces and public areas.

For the ramp section, the construction will incorporate capriate (truss) systems. The capriate, or truss, will be used to support the sloped ramp structure.
