The Lavassan villa was designed for a family consisting of three generations.
The challenges we faced during the design process were the irregular shape of the site and designing for three completely different generations while considering privacy and addressing the needs of all residents.
The Lavassan villa is designed for a family consisting of three different generations. The overall form of the building is composed of two cubes, and at the next level, a part of the roof volume is diagonally cut out, creating an attic space.
The form of this building is intended to maximize the surrounding lush green views as well as direct sunlight.
The reason for the slanted and darkened roof is to absorb a significant amount of sunlight.
To give the building a taller appearance, vertical ornaments have been used in the facade design.
The construction of the building consist of concrete and in facade، we also have used concrete with a wood-textured finish in black color، along with neutral-colored brick.
