After the end of the civil war in Syria and the complete destruction of the country and the beginning of reconstruction, the region needs service, production and entertainment places. The goal of the project is to secure all these services and expand the tourism sector and achieve Vision 2030.
The project concept revolves around the Umayyad Sword Monument in Damascus, where the idea was developed within engineering properties and mathematical equations to form a large tower. The project was divided into two parts, one part is an Umayyad sword and the other part is a cube from which the Umayyad sword was cut. This is what will make when the sun shines on the building, a shadow in the shape of a sword appear on the ground. The building contains a public services section, which constitutes the largest part of the project, offices, restaurants, cafes, sports clubs and other halls.
The project consists of 47 floors with a height of 165 m. The project is implemented entirely from a metal structure using a diagrid system. The external decoration is designed with stained glass, which Damascus has been famous for since ancient times, and the writing is engraved on it in the Arabic Kufic script.
