Drafting the Design Task for a Shopping Center with a Garage Facility in the City Center of Skenderaj
Introduction
The purpose of this project is to design a modern shopping center in the city center of Skenderaj, which will contain various facilities and services that meet the needs and
demands of the residents of the city and the surrounding area. The project also includes an integrated garage facility for safe and efficient parking for visitors and customers.

Project description

Contents of the Shopping Center
The shopping center will consist of several sectors and separate spaces for different
functions. These include:
Shops
• Various stores: Incorporating a wide range of small and large stores that
offer various products such as clothing, electronics, accessories, bookstores, etc.
• Boutiques and luxury stores: Space for well-known brands and high-quality products.
• Car showroom
Services
• Service: A car service for vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Car wash: A modern space for washing and maintaining vehicles.
• Vehicle technical inspection
• Market: A large supermarket to meet the daily needs of residents for
food and other consumer products.
Offices
• Office space: Office for various businesses and professional services, including
travel agencies, real estate agencies, financial and legal services.
Entertainment and Food
• Restaurant: A large restaurant with a diverse menu to meet the
different tastes of customers.
• Pastry shop: A pastry shop specializing in traditional and modern cakes.
• Entertainment: Spaces dedicated to entertainment activities such as cinemas, play centers for
children and adults, etc.
Parking
• Parking Facility: A large, modern, multi-storey parking facility for customers and visitors, equipped with security and parking management systems.
