Project Summary:
Homes for the elderly are buildings for temporary and permanent residence (until death) of elderly persons, which buildings provide all the conditions for an optimal social, cultural, religious, recreational life of these persons.
The idea of ​​building a home for the elderly stems from the great need for suitable opportunities and safe living conditions for the elderly. The project focuses on comfort and safety by offering different units of spaces starting from health ones, common spaces and areas for various recreational activities, administrative spaces and support services, sleeping spaces and outdoor green spaces.
The purpose and objectives of the project:
The main goal of this project is to provide a living space that meets the physical, emotional and social needs of the elderly. The project aims to provide these 4 key points for a good functionality:
1. Safety and comfort of the environment
2. Common spaces for different activities
3. Services and medical care
4. Privacy
One of the main objectives is that the realization of the architectural project has the highest construction standards and safety is given importance in the building.

Project description

Description of the project:
The project consists of several areas interconnected and designed in such a way as to have the highest functionality. In the entrance area, we have the part of the entrance lobby and the reception, where then on the right side it continues to the rooms for many purposes and to the rooms of the residents who stay only during the day, while on the other side we have the meeting room, the office for the registration of residents going to the administration part. Through the crossing of the connecting bridge, we come to the part of the day stay and the dining area, where these spaces include the market, the hair treatment area, and we continue to the bookstore, fitness, other recreational areas and the medical and pharmaceutical services section.
On the first and second floor, sleeping spaces are organized with different types of rooms.

The project is divided into three blocks and each of them consists of a concrete constructive system.
Regarding the design, the project has 3 types of ventilation facades:
1. Brick ventilation facade
2. Ventilation facade with wood
3. Ventilation facade with sheet metal
