Project idea

The design idea of ​​this residential tower was formed from attention to the quality of life in the city with problems such as lack of land, individual life and lack of communication. This tower has 13 residential floors, which caused the mentioned problems to disappear.

Project description

Each of these residential towers has 4 floors below the ground floor, ground floor and 13 floors above the ground floor. In the basement floors there are facilities, sports space, meeting space, parking and storage. Recreation, cafe bar and sports club have been designed and residential units are located on the remaining 13 floors.

Technical information

One of the important points in the selection of the structure is to pay attention to the type of use and the economic discussion, after examining the advantages and disadvantages of two examples of metal and concrete frame structures, the results show that the cost reduction, high durability of the structure, fire resistance, and easier execution are the advantages of the concrete frame. It is more than the metal frame. Therefore, according to the results of the study and economic discussion, the desired structure will be of concrete frame type.
