Project idea

The project of an individual residential house in the high-tech style is a harmonious combination of modern design and advanced technologies. The main idea is to create a space for the needs of a particular family. The interiors of the house are designed with all the wishes of the customer: a family of four (two adults and two children). All the features and hobbies of each family member were taken into account. Thus, an artist's studio was designed for the mother on the left side of the house, and a garage and a pit under it for the father. For the girls aged 9 and 10, there was enough spacious space behind the house, where they could calmly rehearse their dances, as well as spend time in the mother's workshop.

Project description

The IZHD project is not just a residential space, but a living environment that will inspire its residents, in this case a family of four, promoting their development and harmony with the surrounding world. Therefore, it can be said that the project of such a similar house can be adjusted individually to the needs of another family.
