Project idea

The idea of the project is to create a sustainable, creative, and luxurious hotel and commercial center for visitors or residents with different room spaces and various entertainment activities all in 1 place
Location: New Administrative Capital, Cairo, Egypt.
Area: 20000 m2

Project description

This Project consists of the following:
*Commercial Center*
1-Commercial stores:
• Mega Store (Hyper Market)
• 50 commercial stores with 24 to 100 m2 areas, suitable for merging and dividing
• 5 specialized quality restaurants for variations of international and oriental cuisine, with an area of ​​200 meters per restaurant, each with a service area.
• 18 cafeterias with a surface of 25 square meters each, attached to a gathering space (Food Court)
• Cinema complex with 4 cinema halls with ​​100 m2 each
• Kids entertainment area of ​​300 m2

2-Banks
• Two bank branches, with an area of ​​200 square meters each, including:
• A waiting hall for 50 people - a teller counter for 6 employees.
• Administrative space with an open-site system
• Administration Area attached

*5-star tourist hotel*
1-Main Entrance-
• The entrance hall has a surface area suitable for accommodating hotel patrons and tourist groups.
• Waiting salons near the reception counter and vertical circulation elements.
• General spaces suitable for displaying the banner and the hotel’s current activities board.
• 10 shops to serve customers.
• Reception counter for reservations, accounting, registration and inquiries.

2-General Administration (administration Main):
• Hotel General Manager's office with secretary's office attached.
• Deputy Director General - Secretariat - Office Director - meetings room
• 10 administrative departments, each consisting of a department head - a secretariat - an archive - 3 staff offices.
It includes reservations, accounts, human resources, public relations, and food and beverage departments.

3-Public Spaces:
• A main restaurant to serve 240 guests overlooking the main view and connected directly to the main kitchen
• A nightclub for parties and events.
• Open terraces overlooking the hotel's main garden.
• A main multi-purpose celebration hall (with a separate entrance) that can accommodate 300 people, attached from one side to the service corridor and main kitchen.
• Celebration Hall Foyer.

4-Swimming pool:
• A main swimming pool attached to a smaller onefor young children, surrounded by gardens and a pool bar.
• Showers, Toilets, and changing rooms are attached.

5-Health-Club:
• A gym hall with sufficient space which can be divided into two separate halls.
• Jacuzzi, steam, sauna, and massage spaces.
•Showers and Toilets attached.

6- Accommodation:
• Single guest rooms (30 m2).
• Residence Apartment (60 m2) with a bedroom, a living room, a dressing room, a bathroom, and a small kitchen.
• Residence Apartments (90 m2) consist of 2 bedrooms, living room, dressing room, bathroom and small kitchen.
