Project idea

A aggregate that can be traveled, dynamic, attractive. A path that represents an irregular, variant timeline. Timeline that goes from a negative/dark past to a future in community, which seeks to grow and generate a more inclusive environment.

Project description

In this project we can identify 2 sectors:
NORTH SECTOR through architectural and spatial interventions. We generate a route that generates expectations in the viewer.
In the SOUTH SECTOR, we seek to generate an important node for the community, creating a community-scale public building that serves as a filter between the residential area and the historical area.

Technical information

Most constructions are dry. The slabs generated in the new buildings are steel deck
