Project idea

The East Port Said Wave-Inspired Compound is a visionary project themed around the fluid, undulating forms of sea waves. The primary objective is to enhance the quality of life for residents while supporting the economic growth and sustainability of the East Port Said area. The design draws inspiration from the natural beauty of the coastal environment, aiming to create a harmonious and dynamic living space.

Integration with the East Port Said area is a crucial aspect of the project. The commercial hub will create job opportunities and support local businesses, contributing to the region’s economic development. Strategically placed entrances and exits ensure easy access to major roads and transportation networks, facilitating smooth connectivity with the rest of the city. Spaces for community events and activities are included to foster a sense of belonging and engagement among residents.

Project description

The layout incorporates wave-inspired architecture, featuring buildings and pathways with curved forms that mimic the movement of waves. A central water feature, designed in a large, wave-shaped form, serves as the focal point of the compound, providing a serene and visually appealing environment. Streets and pedestrian pathways follow gentle, flowing trajectories, enhancing the aesthetic appeal and creating a cohesive design. Additionally, wave-shaped green spaces and parks are interspersed throughout the compound, offering recreational areas that promote a healthy lifestyle.

The compound includes a variety of key components. Residential units, consisting of a mix of apartments and villas, are designed with wave-inspired elements to offer diverse housing options. A commercial hub with wave-shaped roofs and facades provides retail, dining, and office spaces, fostering local business growth. Community amenities such as schools, healthcare facilities, and recreational centers are strategically placed to meet the needs of residents. Sustainable design principles, including solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and green roofs, are integrated to ensure environmental responsibility.
