RODINNÝ DOM PRI DYNAMITKE

Project idea

Bola to semestrálna práca, ktorou som chcel priniesť trochu tradičnej architektúry do metropoly Slovenska ale zároveň aj byť minimalistický a aby celý komplex fungoval.

It was a semester work with which I wanted to bring a bit of traditional architecture to the metropolis of Slovakia, but at the same time be minimalist and make the whole complex work.

Project description

Hlavné časti projektu pozostávajú z typologickej prípravy, preslnenia samotného objektu, orientácie na svetové strany, funkčnosť, šetrenie priestoru ale zároveň sa aj držať noriem či už dispozičných ako aj energetických. Je to rodinných dom pre 4člennú rodinu s maximálne využitým priestorom. Dom má tvar tradičného slovenského domu.

The main parts of the project consist of typological preparation, insolation of the building itself, orientation to the cardinal points, functionality, space saving, but at the same time adherence to both layout and energy standards. It is a family house for a family of 4 with maximum use of space. The house has the shape of a traditional Slovak house.

Technical information

Jedná sa o murovanú stavbu so sedlovou strechou a železobetónovým stropom. Budova disponuje 4 spálňami, technickou miestnosťou, wc, kúpeľňou, garážou, zádverím a spoločnou jedálňou, kuchyňou a obývačkou.
Na druhom nadzemnou podlaží sa nachádza galéria...

It is a brick building with a gable roof and a reinforced concrete ceiling. The building has 4 bedrooms, utility room, toilet, bathroom, garage, vestibule and shared dining room, kitchen and living room.
