Rental housing Bratislava

Project idea

Housing is a right, not a privilege. A company that
economically prospers responsible for securing this right. Nevertheless, we see that in Bratislava
this is not a given. Housing is expensive no
only for the lower, but also the middle class. It determines no
not only where and how we live, but also how we live. Offer
housing does not reflect recent changes in society
decades. We think public housing should
priority to address people on the fringes of society, because the free market only covers a certain middle segment. A little
should be economically, culturally and socially inclusive.

Project description

the intention is not to imagine a new
different town. On the contrary, it is a future that dialectically receives its context and uses its quality in
your benefit. The collective task of the summer semester is to create an alternative "archipelago" of an inclusive space for life.
These ties to the context of the city and the country are
important, but the emphasis is on self-sufficiency.
The project is supposed to represent a certain "city within a city".
A country in which a rich range is offered
collective functions. The goal was more qualities
than the commercial standard can.
