Project description

Sans hotel is a budget hotel located in Rajawali street number 72, Surabaya, Indonesia that want to be renovated into a boutique hotel that focusing on sustainable approach, sustainability living in the Hotel to make sure everything was recycle and minimize the energy usage. The building area of ​​this hotel is 1.380 m2

Technical information

The concept of "Long Living" embodies the notion of enduring life, akin to an infinite loop that revolves endlessly. It advocates for a circular approach, where what we produce is continuously processed and reused, leaving no waste behind. This philosophy finds expression in spatial design, façade aesthetics, and the integration of sustainable living practices.

Focusing on the recycle treatment which means we provided the separated trash bin, and then collected the plastic bottle and we recycle transforming to recycle outdoor lamp and pendant lamp. We also collaborate with Nor:mal Living in using RECYCLED materials from plastic waste in our several furniture, material such as tiles.
