Project idea

The idea of this project is designed on how to design the building to follow the master plan that has been planned and can represent the concept of Integrity-Professionalism-Entrepreneurship (IPE) in accordance with the culture of Ciputra Group.

Project description

The building is designed to have an inviting design and is able to highlight the value of entrepreneurship through its wide and high arrangement with optimal views that encourage collaborative learning and extensive networking.

Technical information

The building technology uses smart glass facades that reduce solar reflection and reduce the energy used for air conditioning systems by eliminating external cooling loads.

There is also double glazing which is a space between panels that is airtight and has low humidity. So with the installation of double glazing in a room, it can cause the room to be soundproof and the room temperature can be maintained properly/stable.
