YOUTH INNOVATION PARK: A CENTRE OF WORK-RECREATION
Connecting science, education, industry and trade to recreation

Location: Joragate Cow Hat, Khulna.
Area of the land: 1,74,000 sqft.


This project focuses on creating inspiring structural designs using innovative technologies to deliver urban public architecture that help to generate new typological space for working along with recreational facilities for youth. The youth can uphold and promote their knowledge, creativity, innovation, skill and enhance themselves to make leadership and successful. Creating an inspiring outdoor environment where youth can explore, innovate, and collaborate to develop creative solutions for a sustainable future. Also to provide a dynamic space that encourages hands-on learning, innovation, and community engagement in a natural setting.
PROJECT IDEA:
PROJECT GOAL: The goal of IP is to accelerate the industrialization and commercialization of new technologies. Hence the youth innovation park will facilitate the individual or group entrepreneurs can work independently with a touch of reactional facilities.

Concept: Propagating strength through breaking the boundaries
Concept elaboration : The type of boundaries referenced here could include
societal norms,
cultural divides,
generational gaps,
and traditional expectations
Religious aspect
These boundaries may limit the opportunities and agency of young people, hindering their ability to fully engage with society, express themselves, and contribute to positive change. Breaking down these boundaries involves challenging stereotypes, fostering inclusive environments, and promoting dialogue and collaboration across diverse perspectives.
The conceptual form that can be break down in a transformative way, but each form can be revamping the strength of its boldness.

Technical information

The construction of this building is basically made of rcc construction which material consist of rod, cement, concrete.
construction style: post slab structure

TRUSS: the use of trusses in large spaces like auditoriums can significantly enhance structural performance, flexibility, and aesthetic appeal, ensuring the space meets both functional and visual requirements.
in this built form truss are given to:

Durability and Maintenance
vertical louvre of using local material bricks can absorb the extra sun heat of outdoor and make cool in inner spaces also give the structure with a vibrant aesthetic look.
