Project description

North Cyprus faces a significant dilemma where its coastlines are dominated by hotels and restaurants, barring ordinary people from accessing the seashore. This marina is conceptualized to address this issue by preserving the land and extending the construction into the sea, thus allowing the public to enjoy the terrestrial landscape. The design harmonizes the land with carefully curated landscapes for public enjoyment, while situating buildings on the water, ensuring the shore remains accessible and inviting.

Technical information

The Marina is designed to be a symbiotic extension of the city, where urban architecture seamlessly transitions into a stunning maritime environment. Drawing inspiration from the city's skyline, the marina features a series of sleek, contemporary structures that rise organically from the ground, forming an elegant continuum from land to water.
