Project idea

The type of building is a recreational and sports club with activities suitable for the blind and visually impaired. At the same time, there are common activities that can be used by sighted people (such as sensory garden) in order to achieve social integration and interaction of this group with society and not make them feel isolated, Taking into account the design considerations for blinds and visually impaired and how the space can be perceived by the other senses (touch, hearing and smell) and color contrast (especially for the visually impaired).

Project description

-The project consists of three zones :
cultural and recreational zone
sports zone
kindergarten
-outdoor zones:
sensory garden (main zone)
recreational zone

Technical information

Solar breakers made of GRC panels were used on the facades for achieving diffused lighting
sports building construction (swimming pool and goal ball) is wide span structure (steel frame system)
