Why the "CIRCLE"?
Everything has a beginning and an end, and only the ring is a vicious circle. a symbol of the course of life. Continuous circulation increases
the speed movements, from which the idea came to design a panorama with a treadmill on the thirteenth floor.

Project description

A modern residential complex consisting of four multi-ethnic residential buildings united by a single ring The building is located on the territory
of the microdistrict, the entrance to the building passes through the main road, with the help of circular ramps, you can enter the guarded
underground parking.
An inner courtyard ring road has also been designed to provide access to the entrance.
The building consists of four multi-level blocks. On the ground floor of the house, an area with a height of five floors is designed for recreation, walks and entertainment of residents. Two large terraced staircases open a panoramic view of the entire site, and also leads to the exit to the terrace of the fifth floors.
Also on the ground floor are designed: a large store,a coffee shop, a cafe and a kindergarten with an extension for children.
The territory of the first floor is equipped with green spaces that saturate the space around with oxygen.
Office space,conference rooms and meeting rooms are designed on floors 2-5.
Above the fifth floor, the residential floors begin, there are 4 apartments on each floor.
The 13th and 14th floors consist of a "CIRCLE" that connects all the blocks of the building, making up the following integral the composition.
The thirteenth floor serves as a panorama for walking. which opens up a view of the city, and there is also a running track designed there. which
contributes to an increase in the level of wellness and an incentive to exercise.
The fourteenth floor is completely occupied by green spaces and the green roof is equipped with special elements for green roofs.
All blocks are designed with an operational roof planted with greenery.
The highest block consists of a multi-level restaurant.
The restaurant is designed on floors 24-28. On the 25th floor, the restaurant opens onto a terrace with an additional staircase to the other upper floors. The top floor has a green roof.
A modern building, designed as much as possible for the comfort of citizens and the improvement of living standards in big cities.

Technical information

Foundation
Type: Pile foundation.
Materials: Reinforced concrete piles, deep piles.
Features: The foundation is designed for heavy loads, taking into account underground parking and multi-level structures.
The frame of the building
Materials: Reinforced concrete, steel.
Columns and beams: Reinforced concrete columns and beams with a high level of strength to ensure the stability of multi-level structures.
Floor slabs: Monolithic reinforced concrete floor slabs with additional reinforcement.
Walls
External walls: Brick or aerated concrete blocks with external insulation and facade cladding.
Internal walls: Aerated concrete or ceramic blocks for internal partitions.
Glazing and facade
Types of windows: Double-glazed windows with aluminum or PVC frames.
Facade system: Ventilated facades lined with composite materials, porcelain stoneware or other weather-resistant materials.
Panoramic windows: Installed in areas with panoramic views and on terraces.
Roof
Type: Operated flat roof.
Materials: Membrane coating, thermal insulation layer, waterproofing layer.
Green roofs: Equipped with a drainage system, a layer of soil and green spaces.
Engineering systems
Heating: Central heating with temperature control in each apartment and office space.
Ventilation and air conditioning: A central ventilation and air conditioning system that provides a comfortable indoor climate.
Water supply and sewerage: Central water supply and sewerage with backup water supply systems.
Power supply: Central power supply using energy-efficient technologies and a backup power supply.
Elevators and transport systems
Elevators: High-speed elevators with low noise and energy consumption, including freight elevators for commercial premises.
Escalators and stairs: Escalators on lower levels and in commercial areas, stairs with convenient flights and handrails.

Type: Underground guarded parking.
Capacity: Sufficient parking spaces for all residents and visitors.
Security: Video surveillance system, access control and emergency exits.
Environmental and energy efficient solutions
