Project description

Architectural solution in the style of deconstructivism
Deconstructivism is a trend in architecture characterized by fragmentation of forms, indirect lines and unusual angles, violation of traditional ideas about symmetry and functionality. For a concert hall, this is expressed in the following elements:
Facade and exterior shapes:
Irregular geometric shapes and angles.
Complex and overlapping volumes.
The emphasis is on unexpected and dramatic elements such as protruding and sloping walls, glass panels of various shapes and sizes.
Materials:
A combination of modern materials: glass, metal, concrete.
The use of innovative facade systems and coatings that provide a unique appearance and energy efficiency of the building.
Interior spaces:
Open and dynamic spaces with unusual layouts.
The use of color accents and lighting design to emphasize architectural forms.
Zoning using non-standard partitions and levels.
Functional areas
The auditorium:
A large hall with 1,500 seats with an amphitheater layout.
Ergonomic and comfortable seats that provide a good view from any place.
Modern acoustic panels for perfect sound.
Stage:
A spacious stage with high-tech equipment.
Movable stage elements for different types of events (concerts, theatrical productions, film screenings).
Foyers and public areas:
Spacious foyer with waiting and social areas.
Cafe and restaurant overlooking the lake.
Wardrobes and toilets.
Technical and office premises:
Dressing rooms for artists.
Storage facilities for equipment storage.
Offices and staff rooms.
Additional zones:
Exhibition halls for temporary exhibitions.
Small halls for chamber events and rehearsals.
Classrooms and studios for workshops and rehearsals.
Landscape design
Landscaping of the surrounding area with an emphasis on the natural beauty of Lake Issyk-Kul.
Walking areas, gardens and green spaces.
Integrating the architecture of the building with the surrounding landscape, creating a harmonious environment.
Environmental and energy efficient solutions
The use of solar panels and rainwater harvesting systems.
The use of energy-efficient technologies and materials.
Minimizing the negative impact on the environment and ecosystem of Lake Issyk-Kul.
Conclusion
The deconstructivist design of the cinema and concert hall on Lake Issyk-Kul is a modern, innovative and unique building that will become not only the cultural center of the region, but also its architectural landmark.

Technical information

The main elements of the structure
The foundation and foundation of the building:
Foundation type: Deep ribbon foundation or pile foundation, taking into account the proximity to the reservoir and soil features.
Materials: High-strength concrete and steel to ensure the stability and durability of the structure.
Supporting structures:
Frame: Prefabricated steel frame with the use of metal trusses and beams, providing strength and the ability to create complex shapes.
Support columns: Located throughout the entire area of the building, distribute the load on the foundation and ensure the stability of the entire structure.
Exterior walls and facades:
Materials: A combination of glass, metal and concrete to create a unique look.
Facade panels: The use of modern composite materials and ventilated facade systems to improve thermal insulation and energy efficiency.
Decorative elements: Exterior decorative panels, projections and sloping surfaces to emphasize the deconstructivist style.
Roof:
The shape of the roof: Irregular geometric shapes, asymmetric elements and sloping surfaces.
Materials: Metal and glass, providing durability and the possibility of integrating solar panels.
Drainage: Drainage systems and downpipes to prevent water accumulation and ensure the durability of the roof.
Internal structures:
Interstory floors: Prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs or metal structures with filling.
Partitions: Lightweight and mobile partitions made of drywall, glass and other modern materials to provide flexibility in the zoning of interior spaces.
Stairs and elevators: Metal and glass stairs, as well as modern elevators for easy movement inside the building.
Acoustic and multimedia systems
Acoustic panels:
Placement: On the walls and ceiling of the auditorium to ensure perfect sound.
Materials: Special sound-absorbing and reflective materials.
Lighting equipment:
Stage lighting: Professional LED floodlights and light control systems.
General lighting: Modern LED panels and designer lighting fixtures to create an atmosphere.
Multimedia systems:
Projection systems: High-quality projectors and screens for film screenings and presentations.
Sound equipment: Powerful sound systems with uniform sound distribution throughout the hall.
Engineering networks and systems
Lighting systems: Energy-efficient LED systems with the ability to adjust brightness and color temperature.
Security and accessibility
Accessibility for everyone:
Ramps and elevators: Special ramps and elevators for people with disabilities.
Special seats: Seats in the auditorium for people with disabilities.
The deconstructivist design of the cinema and concert hall on Lake Issyk-Kul is a combination of advanced architectural solutions, modern materials and technologies that ensure high functionality, aesthetic appeal and safety of the building.
