Project description

Located in the clean and ecologically rich region of Chengdu, the Senior House project is designed to offer a peaceful and nurturing environment for elderly residents. The project is situated away from the bustling city center, near a lake, ensuring a tranquil setting free from urban noise and pollution. The layout includes well-structured buildings with multiple floors, offering ample living space and amenities tailored to the needs of seniors. The proximity to nature and the careful planning of transportation routes enhance the overall livability of the area.

Technical information

The Senior House project is planned on a scale of 1:2000, with detailed floor plans provided at scales of 1:1000 and 1:500. The location in Chengdu, a city with a population of approximately 20.9 million, spans an area of 14,378 square kilometers. The site selection ensures clean air and a comfortable climate, with ancient panda settlements nearby indicating excellent ecological conditions. The project includes main and secondary roads, river and lake access, and considerations for noise levels, sun, and wind direction to create an optimal living environment for elderly residents​​.
