Project idea

1. Creation of an innovative and functional coworking interior design that meets the needs of users and stimulates productive collaboration. Providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for work, communication and creativity.
2. Development of effective space planning, including various work areas, recreation and socialization areas. The goal is to maximize the use of coworking space to meet user needs and optimize work processes.
3. Implementation of a stylish and modern design, reflecting the concept of co-working and contributing to the creation of a stimulating environment. Carrying out a detailed analysis of modern trends in interior design to ensure the relevance and attractiveness of the space.
4. Arrangement of zones for informal communication, creativity. Creating areas where users can exchange ideas, communicate and collaborate on projects.
5. Selection of optimal materials, furniture and equipment to ensure comfort and ergonomics. A selection of furniture that combines aesthetics and practicality to meet the needs of different categories of users.
6. Development of a lighting and sound design system that supports the working atmosphere and ensures the comfort of users. Ensuring adequate lighting levels to support productivity and providing sound deadening areas for privacy.
7. Introduction of decor elements that contribute to creative inspiration and individuality. The use of decorative elements that create a unique atmosphere and give the space individuality and character.

Project description

«Space of Innovations»
Design style: minimalist with elements of modern industrial style. The use of steel, glass and concrete, combined with comfortable soft furnishings and bright colors. Emphasis is placed on openness and space that encourages collaboration and exchange of ideas.

• 2 bathrooms - one of them is for public use and has two cubicles, the second one is for people with disabilities;
• 2 work zones - the first is intended for work in groups of up to eight people, the second - for individual work and work in small groups of up to four people;
• reception area - a counter at the entrance to the co-working space, where users can register and pay for ordered services.
