What do you expect to be the result of the increase?
Outcome: This led to the need to increase services at all levels (social/cultural/recreational/investment).... Hence the idea of the project (the establishment of a dynamic and vital center for the suburb population to lift the area together so that it affects the site to become a vital attraction by creating positive and stimulating environments...) Oriented towards the effectiveness of the essence of movement and the content of renovation in the residential suburb.
The primary objective: To know how architectural mass influences an individual's behaviors through (space design, hierarchy, Vacuum organization, catalytic exhibitions...) Monitor individuals' response and interaction with key building components to achieve the goals hoped for by the Community Development Center.

Project description

The importance of the project comes from its strategic location where it overlooks a large 1.5 hectare garden...
Given the importance of the square surrounding the project's land (connecting the roundabout square in the area with the rest of the residential suburb)
- A 45-angle axis was taken from the center of the square around the Earth to the end of the Earth. On this axis, three points were designated, constituting centres for three circles, one of which is the centre of the Earth (the heart of the project).
- 4 project entrances assigned (2 primates/2 secondary)
- The functions that include the joint section were distributed between all departments (social/recreational/commercial) on the ground floor
- The attempt was made to ensure that the project has all its components towards the axis taken from the square adjacent to the Earth (included in the altitudes/overlay/containment) so that this all leads to the continuity of the visual axis of the viewer from the center of the square
- Upon entry to the developmental center, the visitor will be placed in front of several options (either direct entry to the ground floor containing the joint functions) or (descending through the escalator drawers to the -1 floor, which includes museums and galleries)
Or (straight up through the panoramic elevators to the first floor)
- The principle of merging several geometric forms is based on the other (square, circle, triangle) overlapping them in thoughtful proportions that bring us to an effective dynamic mass commensurate with the functions in the center
Circuit usage: Allows flexibility of motion and continuity of visual axes from anywhere
Box usage: Allows clear and explicit movement in developmental functions and allow high performance of effective function
Triangle use: the triangle at the end point allowed the axis to continue the visual axis from the center point of the arena (starting) to its end on the opposite side of the arena while ensuring an effective link with the neighbourhood
- The principle of interdependence between developmental functions has been adopted because it provides the possibility of future expansion and the effective internal environment of jobs as we will observe the beginning of the emergence of Boxes on the third floor
- The boxes group, which appears by means of a circular bridge from the south side, has been linked to and umbrella from the north side that forms a datum
- At the end of the axis we note the rotation between solid & void, where solid is a restaurant and void is an interactive garden and in the final ceiling we observe the south-bound solar power panels to feed the entire project

Technical information

- One of the main features of the project is to take care of the internal environment of the project by taking care of the elements of vertical transition. It is placed in a way that allows the person to see others from any angle on the principle of unloading the slabs. In addition, we note that there are glass boxes up to floor -1 to the second floor. The paintings will be placed on the box where the visitor will be complimparted and enjoyed during the development center.
- The catalytic environment was created through exhibitions and outdoor work studios in the form of glazed boxes that the visitor can see indirectly as he enters the project.
