Project idea

The design concept of the designed object is based on the idea of interaction of a residential building with the environment around us and the features of nature. The house is presented in the form of two blocks - a wooden block with a pitched roof, cutting into a concrete block with a flat roof. The interaction of two completely different parts of the house embodies the so-called struggle between humanity and nature, showing the power of these two components of our world.
The designed object has two main goals:1. To emphasize the features of the Belarusian region, the strength and power of nature, namely forests and relief.
2. To create the most comfortable and functional premises for future residents that meet all the necessary requirements of the customer.

Project description

The main task was to create a house of a simple shape, which would be in harmony with the environment, but would also be a special, unique object. Accordingly, both the shape and the interior of the project are made in the style of minimalism. The residential building is made in colors and materials that fit well and are in harmony with its environment, creating all the necessary comfortable living conditions for the customer.
The house is two-storey. It combines two blocks. All rooms correspond to their functional purpose. The house is designed for a family of four. But the project also provides for a guest room for two more people. An important criterion in the design was that the customer wanted to separate the parent and child areas. Thus, a private area was created for parents with a master bedroom and a small loggia, where they could drink coffee in a cozy atmosphere on their day off, enjoying the beautiful views from the window.
A library stretches over the entire hall of the second floor, combining two styles at once - minimalism and Gothic. Fenced with a "living" wall, it separates the living area from the quiet one.
As a feature of the development area, we can also distinguish the elongated shape of the site, in which the house itself is located in its far part. Accordingly, all viewpoints are directed to the forest area located behind the site or to the site itself, full of a variously organized landscaping system.

Technical information

Load-bearing structures are based on a system of longitudinal load-bearing walls. The main material used for load-bearing walls is cellular concrete blocks. A brick load-bearing wall is also used to accommodate the outlets of ventilation ducts in it. The house uses a natural ventilation system.
Mineral wool is used as a thermal insulation material. The project uses monolithic reinforced concrete floors. The structure of the house rests on a strip monolithic foundation.
Larch planken and architectural concrete were used as materials for the facades. The project partially uses a hidden gutter system.
For the exterior coating of a pitched roof, a seam is used.
