Project idea
The idea of this project is the need to create new settlements that interact with nature and the landscape.
Project description
The village is located near Volokolamsk.
Population: 2000 people;
Village area - 106 hectares;
Individual zone area - 25.3 hectares;
The area of the blocked zone is 16.3 hectares;
Area of the sectional zone - 6.7 hectares;
Public area - 10.3 hectares.
Technical information
There are 3 main types of residential buildings in the village: sectional houses, townhouses and cottages. The height of residential and public buildings varies from 1 to 3 floors. In the middle there is a large park connecting the area around the river with the village.
