The idea of ​​this project is to create a bright children's space that will stand out and contrast with its surroundings.

Project description

The designed site belongs to climatic region IB and climatic subregion in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky

- average temperature for the coldest five-day period with a supply of 0.92 for heating calculation -20C

- average annual precipitation – 611 mm.

- freezing depth of clay and loamy soil – 1.12 m

- the predominant wind direction in June-August is south-east, in December-February – north.

Technical information

The foundation design is represented by prefabricated strip foundations made of blocks and prefabricated columnar foundations. The prefabricated columnar foundation has a pitch of 6 m. The columnar foundation blocks are tied together with a monolithic grillage. The base soil is loam, the depth of soil freezing is 1120 mm.

When constructing the walls of a building, hand masonry is used with horizontal and vertical bandaging of the seams. The internal partitions are made of brick and have a thickness of 250 mm, meeting the requirements of sound and noise insulation. The thickness of the external walls will be 655 mm. The walls consist of four layers: lime-sand mortar, brickwork of one and a half bricks, insulation from 130 mm slabs and external brickwork of half a brick.

The inside walls are plastered with lime-gypsum mortar. Layer thickness - 10 mm.

Reinforced concrete lintels are laid over window and door openings. They transfer the load from overlying structures to walls or piers. Panoramic windows are supported by columns and lintels at 2 m intervals.

External fireproof metal double-leaf doors of the EI 60 series meet fire resistance requirements. The frame of the public area is made of reinforced concrete prefabricated columns, with a pitch of 6 m.

From the point of view of lightweight construction, this building is designed with a floor consisting of hollow-core reinforced concrete slabs.

The project uses a pitched roof with a drainage system.

Includes: roofing made of flexible tiles, lining material, sheathing, timber 50*50 for ventilation, insulation - mineral wool board, vapor barrier material, ceiling lining. Meets thermal technical requirements.
