Project idea

The object of the study is landscape design.
The subject of the study is the courtyard of the Pridnestrovian State Art Museum in the city of Bendery.
The purpose of the work: to develop a project for the improvement of the courtyard of the Pridnestrovian State Art Museum in the city of Bendery.
Tasks of the work:
- meet with the customer, find out his preferences, wishes about the landscaping of the garden plot;
- explore the site;
- taking photos of the site;
- develop a concept
The territory under study is located in Bendery at the intersection of Kalinin and Lenin streets., within the historical building of the 19th century (formerly gymnasium).
The former building of the state-owned women's gymnasium is located at 43 Kalinina Street. Built in 1875, it is an architectural and historical monument, one of the buildings that form the historical appearance of the central part of the city.
Since the Art Museum is mainly a museum of fine arts, Van Gogh's painting "Starry Night" was taken as the basis for the concept of designing the courtyard. The color scheme, curved elements, dotted strokes of this work were used in the development of Small Architectural Forms, landscaping plans and coatings.

Project description

Landscape design of the courtyard of the Pridnestrovian State Art Museum at 43 Kalinina Street in Bendery. The project provides for the improvement of the territory at the museum. The plot has the shape of an irregular polygon, the relief is calm. At the present time, buildings are located on the territory under study: the museum building, entrances to the basement and cellar, outbuildings and engineering communications (gas pipeline pipe).
According to the requirements and wishes of the customer, the concept project provides for the presence of entrance, exposition, educational, cultural and entertainment, economic zones, parking, as well as the preservation of tui alley and spruce planting.
The economic outbuildings adjacent to the buildings are supposed to be demolished by the project, and the detached brick building is adapted to an object for the stay of artists, the placement of a public sanitary unit. Most of the paved area is in disrepair. he main entrance and entrance to the territory is from the west.

Technical information

T Small architectural forms are mainly made of concrete (fountain, benches in the form of retaining walls, walls with relief) and metal (information stands and canopies).
