Project idea

The idea of this project is to create a space for firefighters, taking into account all the needs and necessary spaces for recreation, rest and activities. An important task is also the, close of the premises, so that, when called, workers can quickly get to the fire truck.

Project description

Place of construction of the depot - Krasnodar, Krasnodar region.

In accordance with SNiP 2.01.01-82 “Building climatology and geophysics”, the designed site belongs to the IIIB climatic region and the III climatic subregion, to the V tectonic region, the territory is subject to landslide processes

- average temperature for the coldest five-day period with a supply of 0.92 for heating calculation -19C

- average annual precipitation – 711 mm.

- freezing depth of clay and loamy soil – 0.8 m

- the predominant wind direction is northeast and east.

The area of the plot is 1.3 hectares, of which 1880.66 m² is the building area, which is 14.47%. The green area is 4760.88 m², and the covering area is 6358.46 m².

The building area is 2818.97 m², and the construction volume is 13902.00 m³.

The frame of the building consists of load-bearing walls, columns and ceilings. The thickness of the external walls is determined on the basis of thermal engineering calculations and is 380 mm. Reinforced concrete lintels are laid over panoramic windows and doorways. They transfer the load from the overlying structures to the walls.

Technical information

The foundation design is represented by prefabricated strip foundations made of blocks and prefabricated columnar foundations. The prefabricated columnar foundation has a pitch of 6 m. The columnar foundation blocks are tied together with a monolithic grillage.

When constructing the walls of a building, hand masonry is used with horizontal and vertical bandaging of the seams. The internal partitions are made of brick and have a thickness of 250 mm.

The thickness of the external walls is determined on the basis of thermal engineering calculations and is 665 mm; the walls consist of four layers: lime-sand mortar, brickwork of one and a half bricks, insulation from 150 mm slabs and external brickwork of half a brick. The structures of these walls and partitions meet regulatory requirements for strength, stability, fire resistance, and sound insulation.

The inside walls are plastered with lime-gypsum mortar. Layer thickness - 10 mm.

Reinforced concrete lintels are laid over panoramic windows and doorways. They transfer the load from overlying structures to walls or piers. Panoramic windows are supported by columns and lintels at 2 m intervals.

This building has a designed floor consisting of hollow-core reinforced concrete slabs PB 62.10-10K1500.

The project uses a pitched roof with a drainage system.
