The idea of ​​this project is to create a sports and recreation center with a bright appearance that will attract visitors.

Project description

The site for the construction of a “Sports and recreation center” for 200 people is located in the existing urban development area “Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo” on the street. Volokolamskoe highway, in Moscow.
The site is free of buildings. The metro network runs near the area allocated for construction, and there is also a sports arena nearby.
The terrain of the site is flat with a gradual decline in the south-west direction.
In accordance with SNiP 2.01.01-82 “Building climatology and geophysics”, the site belongs to climatic region IIB and climatic subregion II:
- average temperature for the coldest five-day period with a supply of 0.92 for heating calculation -26C
- average temperature for the coldest five-day period with a supply of 0.92 for heating calculation -26C
- average annual precipitation – 704 mm.
- freezing depth of clay and loamy soil – 1.59 m
- the predominant wind direction is north-west.
In accordance with SNiP 2.01.07-85 “Loads and impacts”, the site refers to:
- to the III region by weight of snow cover – 180 kgf/m2
- to the I region of the territory in terms of wind pressure - 27 kgf/m2.

Technical information

The exterior of the building is mainly defined by panoramic glazing and white reinforced concrete wave-like structures. Decorative elements and corner framing are done with decorative plaster followed by painting with white façade paint.
The building's base is finished with natural white stone.
The panoramic glazing of the building is made of white glass composite.
Interior decoration determines the interior of the building and can be made in various colors, depending on the wishes of the customer and the possibility of changing them during the operation of the sports complex.
