Project idea

The idea of the project was to design a building in Stará Boleslav in the historical district between two ancient buildings. The context of the urban environment but also respects the nearest buildings and the remarkable Basilica.

Project description

This project consists of two parts. The first part is an entrance for residents. And the second part is the cafe with small gallery that is opens a significant view to the main square of the city. The second and the third floor of the building are apartments and a half of them included balconies. The backyard of the building is designed for parking, but it was important to add a lot of greenery and a recreation area.

Technical information

The construction is made by bearing walls of the building.
