Project idea

The idea for this project emerged from the recognition of a significant gap in the availability of multifunctional spaces that cater to both sports and entertainment needs in our city. Currently, residents face a lack of venues that can host diverse events, ranging from sports tournaments to cultural performances and community gatherings. This shortage limits opportunities for social interaction, community engagement, and the promotion of a healthy, active lifestyle.

The Modern Sports and Entertainment Complex is a state-of-the-art facility designed to cater to a variety of recreational, cultural, and social activities. Strategically located in the heart of the city, this complex aims to become a central hub for residents and visitors alike.

Main Area:

Technical information

The Aquatic center
features a state-of-the-art construction with a space frame roof structure supported by reinforced concrete (RC) columns and shear walls. The facade is made of inclined inward spider glass panels, reinforced with cables for stability. The roof is covered with light-colored aluminum panels to enhance energy efficiency.

A suspended ceiling, covered with easy-to-clean ceramic tiles, houses the electrical, HVAC, and piping systems, ensuring a tidy interior. Flooring varies across the complex, including polished concrete, hardwood, and specialized sports surfaces.

The HVAC system ensures year-round comfort, while advanced ventilation maintains indoor air quality. Electrical infrastructure includes smart lighting systems with energy-efficient LED fixtures. Modern plumbing systems feature water-efficient fixtures, comprehensive drainage, and advanced fire protection.

Technology integration includes high-speed fiber optic cabling and state-of-the-art audio-visual systems. Security is ensured with a comprehensive CCTV system, secure access control, and emergency communication systems.
