Project idea

The initial inspiration for our project was the arrangement of Legos. Throughout the project, we have endeavored to design our units to resemble Legos as closely as possible, embracing the modularity, adaptability, and playful nature that Legos represent. We created four distinct units, each designed with unique features while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic that aligns with the Lego-inspired theme. These units were strategically varied in their placement within each story of the structure, allowing us to create a dynamic and engaging architectural form. The complex itself comprises four buildings, each differing in height to add visual interest and break the monotony that often characterizes urban architecture.

Project description

A striking feature of our design is the bold use of red as our primary color. This choice was deliberate, as red is a color that evokes strong emotions and commands attention. By using red in various areas throughout the complex, we aimed to create focal points that draw the eye and add vibrancy to the environment. The main construction material we selected for the project is concrete. Concrete is a material known for its durability, versatility, and modern aesthetic. Its use in our project ensures the longevity and resilience of the structures, making them capable of withstanding the test of time and environmental factors.

Technical information

In addition to the residential and commercial spaces within the complex, we have included two playgrounds, which are set lower than the main structure. These playgrounds serve as dedicated spaces for recreation and play, further emphasizing the Lego theme by providing areas where creativity and imagination can flourish. By positioning the playgrounds lower, we created a sense of separation and safety, ensuring that these spaces are protected from the hustle and bustle of the main complex.
