Project description

In response to the increasing demand for education in Jakarta, this university campus project is designed with careful consideration of various environmental factors and user needs. Strategically located in a master-planned area, the campus is surrounded by apartment towers, with easy access to a toll road, and positioned by a river. This project reflects the university's vision and mission, emphasizing Integrity, Professionalism, and Entrepreneur.

The master plan for this area has been designed to create a harmonious environment integrating residential, commercial, and educational spaces. The surrounding apartment towers offer high potential for collaboration and synergy, while the nearby toll road provides excellent mobility. Additionally, the proximity to the river offers opportunities to develop green open spaces and recreational areas that support a healthy and sustainable campus life.

Technical information

The construction of this building utilizes a centralized core system and steel beams integrated with columns. The outer facade of the building uses glass material and is provided with a secondary skin made of ACP material to reduce the intensity of sunlight entering the building and enhance its aesthetic value.
