Project idea

The design concept for Lustro Interior’s factory, showroom, and office integrates sustainable design principles throughout both the exterior and interior of the building, creating a cohesive environment that aligns with Lustro Interior’s brand values and operational needs.

Project description

For the factory, the use of renewable energy sources, such as solar panels and wind turbines, will significantly reduce reliance on non-renewable resources. The installation of a comprehensive water recycling system for industrial processes, combined with rainwater harvesting, will further minimize the environmental footprint. Sustainable building materials, sourced locally and composed of recycled or eco-friendly components, will be employed to ensure the construction process itself is environmentally responsible.

The showroom will be designed as an interactive living exhibition, showcasing sustainable products and materials to visitors. This space will not only display eco-friendly interior solutions but also educate visitors on the benefits and applications of sustainable design. The interior will be optimized for natural lighting and ventilation, significantly reducing the need for artificial light and HVAC systems, which in turn lowers energy consumption.

The office space will focus on employee well-being through sustainable design elements, such as the incorporation of indoor plants, ample natural light, and open, flexible spaces that encourage creativity and productivity. Smart building technologies, including automated systems for lighting, heating, and cooling, will be implemented to monitor and optimize energy usage, ensuring maximum efficiency and sustainability.
