Project description

In the case of this multi-use skyscraper,at first,a simple square has been located in the bottom of mass. Then we set another square on the roof calculated rotating by coding of Grasshopper to give us maximum sunlight attraction. For the shell used in facade we were inspired of Voronoi geometry seen in nature. The topper holes are bigger than holes in bottom.and this causes wind pressure will decrease.
This multi-user skyscraper includes hotel, official, commercial, recreational such as Children’s play area and residential parts.
Red marble is often associated with opulence and wealth, making it a popular choice for high end jewellery stores .its rich color and intricate veining can create a sense of elegance and luxury that aligns well with the products being sold.
Marble is a classic and timeless material that never goes out of style.Incorporating red marble into the design of a jewellery store can give the space a sense of permanence and sophistication that will appeal to customers who appreciate quality and tradition.
The striking color and unique patterns of red marble can add visual interest and texture to the store design. This can help create a focal point or feature wall that draws customers in and
showcases the beauty of the jewellery on display.
In the luxury hotel should use high-quality materials such as marble for a sophisticated look and feel.also should consider small details like art work, rugs, decorative lighting fixtures, and accessories that enhance the overall design and add a sense of luxury.
The concept of this children's play area refers to the adorable and nostalgic Micky mouse animation.
I chose this concept based on the color pallet (black, red) which has harmony with the color pallet used in other parts of building design.
