Project idea

Me and my comrades Rhita LAHNIN, Ikram ELAZHARI, Fatima El OUADI, and Lahcen AOUKNARTE, are extremely delighted to present to you our project that is very close to our hearts: the conception of an innovative urban project , aimed at contributing to the urban evolution of the city of Agadir.

Strategically located near the east-west highway of the city, our project not only offers an exceptional living environment but also a forward-looking vision for a rapidly expanding Agadir.

Project description

Our concept was simple yet bold: to connect our site with its surroundings while preserving and modernizing the existing functions nearby. To reinforce this connection and enhance the value of our project, we made the innovative decision to integrate a continuous pedestrian pathway along the east-west highway, linking it to our project through a clever ramp that passes through lively shops and cafes.
This unique approach not only enhances the connectivity of our urban project but also creates synergy between the surrounding elements and our innovative vision.

Technical information

Our urban project entails the design of a unique housing development, comprising economical housing units in R+2 and R+3, modern apartment buildings in R+4, semi-detached and detached villas, functional office spaces, as well as various amenities to cater to the diverse needs of the community.
