The main idea behind this project was to create a luxury apartment design that seamlessly integrates classic aesthetics with modern functionality, tailored specifically to meet the needs and preferences of the client—a family of four—through detailed planning, cohesive styling, and practical yet elegant room designs.

Project description

This project embodies the essence of harmonizing classic luxury with modern functionality in a bespoke apartment design for a family of four. It revolves around a refined color palette of greys and deep greens for soft furnishings, complemented by warm wood tones and contrasting white and black marbles in the kitchen and bathrooms, respectively. The design philosophy focuses on creating a living environment that not only meets practical needs but also elevates everyday living to a luxurious experience. Each room—from the inviting living spaces to the personalized children's rooms and the serene master bedroom—has been meticulously curated to blend timeless elegance with contemporary comfort, ensuring a cohesive and enriching ambiance throughout the home.

Technical information

This luxury apartment design project includes meticulous planning and execution, starting with detailed 2D technical drawings that lay the foundation for every aspect of the space. These drawings encompass floor plans, electrical layouts, plumbing arrangements, and furniture placement, ensuring optimal functionality and spatial organization. Each room's layout is carefully crafted to harmonize with the overall design concept, integrating elements like premium materials such as MDF matrix for cabinetry, elegant marble countertops, and Antonio Lupi glass fixtures in bathrooms. The color palette blends soothing greys and deep greens with warm wood tones, creating a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere throughout the home. Integrated LED lighting in strategic locations enhances both ambiance and functionality, while advanced heating systems, water supply networks, and electrical installations contribute to a comfortable and efficient living environment.
