Project idea

The Haven of Feelings is a project of an individual country house, the purpose of which is to protect the human right to personal space. Everyone has the right to decide for himself how to dispose of the space that surrounds him, which is why the house is divided into two types of blocks:
1) Personal - blocks for privacy, equipped with everything necessary for a full life alone.
2) Public - blocks for interaction, which by their content push residents towards rapprochement, not allowing them to completely lock themselves in.
Thus, this project is able to create comfortable conditions that will not alienate a person with shaky personal boundaries from society, but, on the contrary, improve his emotional state and encourage active interaction. This project is able to solve personal and interpersonal problems. The Haven of feelings is the intersection of the paths of people's interests and needs and their collision in a meeting place - a comfortable and balanced coexistence.

Project description

The project consists of the following parts, which demonstrate the sequence of work. The beginning was the selection and analysis of the territory that meets the issues raised. The next stage was the search for an architectural prototype, which clearly demonstrates the shaping process. Next, an architectural concept is shown, which highlights the main features of the building, and the possibilities of its operation at different times of the year and day. The architectural model slide shows the key division of the building into blocks and the evolution of the building over time. The subsequent stages were the development of the master plan, plans and facades. The final point was the addition of the object with exterior and interior mafs, which support the basic concept of the house and enhance it.

Technical information

The structure of the house consists of a girderless reinforced concrete frame with a column pitch of 3 meters.
The columns are made of reinforced concrete, which is a combination of steel and concrete. They are designed to support vertical loads from ceilings and roofs, as well as to transfer these loads to the foundation.

The ceilings are also made of reinforced concrete and serve to create horizontal planes between the floors of the house. They provide the necessary rigidity and strength of the building, and also serve to evenly distribute loads from walls and ceilings to supporting structures, including columns.
