Project idea

Vesnice v České republice se v posledních letech stávají místem, které slouží pouze jako místo přespání. Obyvatelé dojíždí do práce a z práce a místo pobytu jim pak slouží jako noclehárna. Původní obyvatelé už stárnou a umírají a na vesnici se z nedostatku peněz nebo za touhou po soukromí
stěhují mladí lidé, kteří hledají na vesnici město. Vesnice ale nenabízí
možnosti města a nikdy se o to ani nesnažila, není menší verzí města,
které by mělo dohánět. Vesnice nese jiné hodnoty, které vždy její
obyvatelé vyznávali. I když nemůžeme srovnávat vesnici s městem,
každá z nich, i ta nejobyčejnější si zaslouží kvalitní veřejný prostor a
kvalitní veřejné instituce, které budou sloužit každému obyvateli.

In recent years, villages in the Czech Republic have become places that serve only as sleeping places. The inhabitants commute to and from work, and the place of residence then serves as a dormitory. The original inhabitants are getting older and dying, and the villages are being taken over for lack of money or a desire for privacy. Young people move to the village in search of a town. But the village does not offer the possibilities of a city, and has never tried to do so, it is not a smaller version of a city, to catch up with. The village carries different values that always its its inhabitants have always professed. Though we cannot compare the village to the city, each of them, even the most ordinary, deserves a good public space and quality public institutions to serve every resident.

Project description

Práce je založena na urbanisticko - architektonickém zpracování vesnice Buková u Příbramě. Celá koncepce je zpracována jako forma ideální vesnice. První část se zabývá urbanistickým návrhem, která je rozvinutá o návrh budov v centru obce - obecního úřadu, prodejny, hasičské zbrojnice a hospody. Poslední část práce ukazuje navržené architektonické objekty v území sportoviště a návse.

The work is based on the urban planning and architectural design of the village of Buková near Příbrám. The whole concept is elaborated as a form of an ideal village. The first part deals with the urban design, which is developed by the design of the buildings in the center of the village - the municipal office, shop, fire station and pub. The last part shows suggested architectonic interventions at the sport place and village square.

Technical information

Objekt obecního úřadu s prodejnou se nachází v budově z pórobetonových cihel, známem pod označením jednota. Navrhovaná přístavba je dřevěná. Zamýšlený návrh je konstrukce two by four, s otevřeným krovem. Podobným provedením je hospoda s multifunkčním sálem, kde se nakopak ale zachovává kamenná konstrukce obvodových zdí a klenutý strop v polovině objektu s novým dřevěným krovem. Celá konstrukce uvnitř je navržena jako nedoktnutelná vůči té historické. Sportovní sál a všechny přidružené funkce jsou tedy uprostřed vloženy jako dřevěné vestavby.

The building of the municipal office with a shop is located in a building made of aerated concrete bricks, known as Jednota. The proposed extension is of timber construction. The intended design is a two by four construction, with an open truss. The pub is of a similar design with a multi-purpose hall, but retains the stone construction of the external walls and the vaulted ceiling in the middle of the building with a new timber truss. The entire structure inside is designed to be indistinguishable from the historic one. The sports hall and all associated functions are therefore inserted in the middle as wooden buildings.
