Project idea

The main idea of the Pyramid of Social Evolution project is to create a universal and harmonious space at home in which everyone can realize themselves, find their place in society and live in harmony. The aim of the project is to solve the problem of the social elevator of a person in society. Man has been striving to make his life more comfortable since the ancient world. He is learning, evolving. That is why it was decided to take the concept of a pyramid, which symbolize the upward trend, where each block (layer) is responsible for its place.

An individual residential building combines the basic social statuses of a person, in which the residents of the house help to raise their status to a certain extent. This house is an experimental solution to the problems of people with different social statuses. The house, like society, evolves over time. It is changing, and so are the people living in it.

Project description

An individual apartment building is an example of that, regardless of their position, people can live and communicate together as a single family, solve and help each other with problems.

The shape of the house is presented in the form of a pyramid, uniting all residents and guests of the house under one roof. It has 4 zones in which residents can interact with each other, as well as be alone with themselves. The house consists of 5 floors, which are divided according to the social status of the person.

The first floor is a social space accessible to all residents and guests of the house. It is divided into 4 main areas. There is a dining room, a library, a swimming pool and guest rooms.

The second floor is divided into two zones – public and private. The continuation of the library on the first floor is a coworking – for children and adults, everyone has access to it through a certain staircase. In the private area areas, there are bedrooms and a hall where residents can communicate and spend time with each other in peace and quiet.

On the third floor there are bedrooms and a guest.

Technical information

The five-storey building consisting of certain modular blocks consists of load-bearing reinforced concrete walls with a pitch of 3 and 6 meters. The ceilings between the floors are made of hollow reinforced concrete to reduce the load from the building on the foundation and foundations.

The ladder structure is also a load-bearing structure. The rest of the walls in the house are self-supporting, made of profiled timber, which facilitates the building's own weight and reduces the load on the foundation and floors. However, each floor of the house is made with a different material finish, expressing the character and social status of the residents.

The facility has operable roofs, for the convenience of movement of residents.

After analyzing the relief and soil, it was decided to use a ribbon foundation.
