Project idea

Imagine an architectural marvel where academia merges with the professional business market. The core idea behind the design is to create an architectural wonder that reduces the inequality of the business market, where people are judged solely based on their experience, resulting in unemployment among youth.

The ages between 15-30 are very energetic and conducive to learning. However, students often only engage with theoretical concepts and are not connected with the professional or real world. The aim of the design is to merge both skills learning and provide a platform for new startups, where they can explore their creative and new business ideas in the real market under one roof. This will take various disciplanes at one place. Furthermore, they can exhibit and introduce new ideas in the market.

After 4-5 years of graduation, students would have both a degree and advanced technological knowledge, as well as an established business. This approach would make the youth independent and able to prove themselves in the professional world without having to wait for job opportunities

Project description

Imagine an architectural marvel, a nexus where academia intertwines seamlessly with the pulse of professional life. This innovative space addresses the perpetual challenge faced by graduates: the chasm between theory and real-world application.

This visionary design is a dynamic blend of learning and practicality. It caters to the needs of burgeoning talents, offering a vibrant environment where students evolve into well-rounded professionals.

At its core, the structure boasts upper floors dedicated to education—lecture halls, labs, and collaborative spaces fostering learning. Yet, its ground floor steals the spotlight as a bustling marketplace. Here, exhibitions showcase students' work, acting as a launchpad for their creativity and entrepreneurial aspirations.

Crucially, the design includes skill development zones, refining talents for the demands of the business world. Alongside, social spaces and recreational areas foster connections and leisure, nurturing holistic growth.

This architectural wonder isn't just a building; it's a living ecosystem molding graduates into confident, market-ready professionals.

Technical information

An isolated footing is proposed for the structure, which is made of reinforced concrete (R.C.C), followed by steel columns joined with the plinth. The columns are connected to the steel frame of spaces covered with precast concrete panels.
