Project idea

The Teletalk Headquarters is a modern high-rise building designed to serve as the official hub for telecommunications services in Bangladesh, offering not only administrative offices but also public connectivity facilities. The architectural design prioritizes functionality, aesthetics, and public accessibility.

Project description

The building incorporates several key features to enhance the user experience and promote connectivity. Courtyards are strategically placed within the structure, providing open spaces for relaxation and interaction amidst the urban environment. A waterbody adds a calming element, creating a serene atmosphere within the bustling cityscape.

Technical information

Inside, a multipurpose hall serves as a versatile space for various events, meetings, and gatherings, accommodating the diverse needs of both employees and visitors. An auditorium offers a venue for larger presentations, conferences, and cultural performances, contributing to the building's role as a cultural and social hub.

Additionally, retail shops are integrated into the design, offering convenient services and amenities to both occupants and the public. These shops add vibrancy to the ground floor, enhancing the street-level experience and fostering community engagement.
