The design of the house was based on the character of land, which is the northern slope with an elevation distance of twelve meters. The object reflects the beautiful view of the pond thanks to its location. The house is low and unobtrusive at the entrance, because of the elevation; on the contrary, the house opens and dominates the pond.
The main solution of the shape was based on the sloping of the parcel to the south and the orientation of the land towards the world's sides. Due to the location of the house, there is an opportunity to situate a room in two tracts that are separated by the imaginary axis of the plot. Both trails run from north to south. In the western part there is a technical and operation part of the house and the family life takes place in the eastern tract. The axis of the land is highlighted by a staircase that runs across the entire length of the parcel along the house. The staircase is set into the field. Thanks to the large elevation of the northern slope, there was a spacious terrace on the basement roof, which is accessible directly from the living room and the staircase.
Three main materials are used on the building, which makes the whole building unified. The large-format windows have a black frame, the facade is made of cembrit boards with a concrete structure and wooden lamellas, which are used only on terraces and field staircases.
